Terms of play.

These terms cover Neon Penny Arcade’s free previews and recurring 50-game membership. The visible service brand is Omniventura. The legal seller and operator is ECOMMERCE ONLINE LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 12568562.

The seller

The membership

The membership costs £1.99 when you join and renews every 30 days until cancelled. It grants personal, non-commercial access to all 50 complete games while Stripe reports the subscription as active. It is not a lifetime purchase and does not transfer ownership of the source code, artwork or brands.

Free previews

Every game has a playable preview so you can assess the service and controls before subscribing. Five games also include unlimited free runs. Preview limits and the free-game selection may be adjusted as the service develops, but any active paid membership continues to cover the complete 50-game catalogue advertised for that membership.

Access and member login

This browser stores a signed member pass that is rechecked against Stripe. On another browser, use the checkout email and 12-character access code in Member login. Clearing browser data, using private browsing or changing devices can remove the local pass. Access ends when the linked subscription becomes inactive.

Renewal and cancellation

Stripe charges £1.99 every 30 days until cancellation. An active member can open Stripe’s secure billing portal from Member login to cancel or update payment details. Cancellation prevents future renewal; access continues only for as long as Stripe reports the subscription as active. If you need assistance, email Omniventura before the next renewal.

Digital access and consumer rights

At checkout you are asked to request immediate digital access and acknowledge the effect this has on the statutory cooling-off right once supply begins. This does not remove statutory remedies for digital content that is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. The cancellation and refund policy provides more detail.

Fair use

Do not disrupt the service, bypass access checks, resell membership, use the games commercially, or copy and redistribute the games, artwork or code. Reasonable steps may be taken to protect the service or suspend access affected by abuse or fraud.

Availability and changes

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the arcade secure, available and compatible, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Necessary changes may be made for security, legal compliance, maintenance or compatibility. Gameplay scores are for entertainment only and are not medical or cognitive assessments.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while any mandatory consumer protections applying where you live remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
