Privacy, without the fog.
Neon Penny Arcade is provided under the Omniventura brand. ECOMMERCE ONLINE LTD, company number 12568562, is the legal operator and data controller. The games do not include advertising trackers, and Stripe handles payment-card details.
Who is responsible
Omniventura is a technology brand of ECOMMERCE ONLINE LTD, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX. Privacy contact: connect@omniventura.com.
Information handled
Depending on how you use the service, this may include the email entered at Stripe Checkout, Stripe customer and subscription references, an encrypted or signed member-access record, support correspondence, transaction records and basic technical service logs. Game best scores are normally stored only in your browser.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes checkout, recurring billing, fraud prevention and the billing portal. Card details do not pass through this application. The site host processes the traffic and technical logs needed to deliver and protect the service. Those providers handle information under their own privacy terms and contractual responsibilities.
Why information is used
Membership and transaction information is used to perform the contract, verify access, process cancellation, prevent misuse and answer support requests. Security logging and fraud prevention rely on legitimate interests in protecting the service. Accounting or regulatory records are retained where required by law.
Browser storage, analytics and advertising
A signed member pass keeps an active customer signed in, and local storage may save personal bests. This version does not include optional analytics, advertising cookies, behavioural profiling or marketing pixels. Read the cookie and browser-storage policy for the specific storage used.
Retention and security
Local scores remain until you clear them. The signed member pass is periodically checked and becomes invalid when the linked subscription is inactive. Transaction, support and technical records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for service, security, tax, accounting and legal purposes. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your rights
UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to certain uses of personal information, and to receive portable data in some circumstances. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact Omniventura first if you would like help exercising a right.
Your controls
You can clear local scores and the member pass through your browser settings. Keep the Stripe receipt and access code first, because they are needed to restore an active membership on another browser. Stripe’s billing portal handles payment updates and cancellation.
